I had a great experience working with Simon. From start to finish, his work quality, attention to detail, and pricing were exactly as expected. No surprises, just solid, professional execution. He did a phenomenal job on our project. What really stood out to me was his professionalism and responsiveness, which has not always been the case with other contractors I’ve worked with. Simon consistently answered all of my questions promptly and returned calls and texts within the hour. Any time we had questions about finishing, he addressed them right away without hesitation. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy with the final result. Because of that, I’ve already recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Homeowner ratings and reviews
We had Reno-Home-Vation create a new bathroom for us. We went from a very dated bathroom with a deep tub I could no longer get into. We knee replacement happening this fall we needed to transform the old to a new walk in shower. Simon helped create the new look and helped to pick out tiles, vanity and wall colours. He made my vision in my mind come to life! Simon also committed to making this job his only job from beginning to end. Where other contractors will leave you waiting for days before they come back to finish a job Simon did not leave until the job was complete. If you were looking for an amazing contractor, with excellent work ethics, one who takes his commitment to his client seriously then this is the contractor for you. He was the only one for us. We are thrilled with the outcome of our bathroom. Thank you, Simon for taking us on as a client. We will always appreciate what you did for us.
this is the third time working with 310Reno and the results have been high quality workmanship. This latest project turned a bedroom in the basement into a kitchen area and revamped the bathroom. Great makeover!
We had Simon re-paint and re-do our baseboards to prepare the place for selling. He also has done a lot of renovations for my in-laws. It’s always a pleasant experience to work with Simon, he’s very intuitive and highly skilled. Very honest guy as well. He’s the one renovator that we trust the most!
Simon has done multiple jobs for me and my family over the years and always delivers an excellent service. He finished my parents' basement from start to finish and has handled several bathroom repairs and maintenance jobs at my place. He's able to take on a wide variety of home improvement work, and every time, the quality is solid and he's easy to deal with. Shows up when he says he will, keeps you in the loop, and doesn't cut corners. Highly recommend.
