Homeowner ratings and reviews
We truly cannot say enough good things about James and Cook Custom Homes. James is genuinely one of the best people we have ever worked with on a project. What really sets him apart is how hands-on he is, even as the owner. He isn’t someone who signs the contract and disappears. He is involved, accessible, responsive, and actually cares about the details and about making sure you’re happy with the finished product. Any question or concern we had was taken seriously and dealt with. And his trades are phenomenal. Every person who came onto our property was professional, skilled, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality throughout our carriage house speaks for itself. We absolutely LOVE how our carriage house turned out. From the exterior to the beautiful, bright interior, it exceeded what we envisioned when we started this project. Building something this significant on your property requires a huge amount of trust, and we would choose James and Cook Custom Homes again without hesitation. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. We recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone considering a custom build or renovation.
I have worked with James on many projects over the years. The quality of his work is fantastic and he always puts focus on educating the customer and discussing all of the options available. The finished product is top notch and the post move-in service is superb. Can't wait for the next project!
