Gave Kyle a call after a quick Google search, and it was a good call. After meeting with Kyle and explaining the work needing to be done (removing an 'exterior' wall to open up the main floor, rewiring and installing new electrical, and rerouting HVAC), I was provided a quick estimate, followed by a detailed line item estimate which I found to be very reasonable. I was introduced to Tyler who oversaw the work activities and the contractors used were all very professional. The communications was top notch and I was never left in the dark, and knew what was happening every step of the way. The work was planned in detail, and overall the execution was really as good as you can get. These guys are who you want to call if you're looking at getting some work done, and I'll be calling them again when we get around to future work. Cheers Kyle, Tyler and team for the great work!

Homeowner ratings and reviews
Kavaleer was great to work with for our garage renovation. Although a smaller job and we had some uncertainty with the scope, Kyle and his team worked with us to get the job done to our liking. In this day and age of untrustworthy contractors, I would recommend Kavaleer for any home renovation work and plan to use him again for my future projects.
Kyle and his time are awesome contractors, I have work with them for years completing their structural design work and their clients are always happy and the end product is awesome. They are reliable and I always recommended them to people looking for a good contractor that is honest and transparent.
Great experience. A company is only as good as the people who represent it and everyone involved from employees to sub contractors were a credit to Kavaleer. They did quality work, on time and budget with a clear, transparent plan.
Kavaleer Renovations was amazing to work with, from the very beginning till the end. Every step of the way we had great communication and wonderful collaboration. Our fence had to be repaired and the Team at Kavaleer did an amazing job. We also had some trim work around our newly installed windows. The window company could not realize our vision to finish the job, because what we wanted was a bit more custom. Kyle and his team came in, assessed the project and found building solutions so we could have our design come to life. We are now enjoying our custom windows thanks to everyone at Kavaleer Renovations. We highly highly recommend choosing Kavaleer Renovations if you want to have the best outcome for your reno or build. We will continue to tell everyone we know to contact them!
