Derek is professional, thorough and skilled! Our hundred year-old house had a “few issues” - Hard workers both Derek and his crew, they did an amazing job suggesting, replacing and fixing. We are very happy and delighted with his work!!

Homeowner ratings and reviews
We hired Heron Reno’s for a renovation on a 1920s semi. Derek and his team were amazing with their expertise and and helping us navigate all the challenges that came with renovating a 100+ year old house.
Highly recommended, Heron Renos built a beautiful home for us
Derek is very professional.
Heron Renos was recommend to us by the architect that designed our home extension. We essentially doubled the size of our home in the beaches area of Toronto. Derek, Radek and the team at Heron did an amazing job with the build. We were very happy with the construction, the time they took to build, and the overall attention to detail. The building inspector actually said to us on the final inspection that he doesn't often see jobs done with this type of craftsmanship. We have since used Heron to build a new cottage that sits on family land in Niagara that has been in our family for generations. This was a much larger project carried our during COVID. Again, the end result was amazing. This was a complicated build, architecturally, and not your standard floor plan. This time the building inspector in Niagara asked to bring his office staff in to see the build! Great builders that have built two great properties for our family.
