We recently completed a full kitchen and main floor renovation with Zzone Homes, including a major load-bearing wall modification and structural beam work, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Marco, Sonia, and the whole Zzone Homes team were professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the entire renovation. The design process was very thorough, communication was always clear, and we felt confident in the decisions being made along the way. Removing and modifying a load-bearing wall was a big part of the project, and their team handled the structural work, coordination, and construction extremely well. Our new kitchen and main floor completely transformed the house. The layout is far more open and functional, and the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail really shows. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with Marco on other projects over the years, and he has always been straightforward, knowledgeable, and committed to doing things properly. That experience made choosing Zzone Homes for our own renovation an easy decision. If you’re looking for a professional renovation contractor in Hamilton, Burlington, or the surrounding area for a kitchen renovation, main floor renovation, structural wall removal, or larger home renovation, I would highly recommend Marco, Sonia, and the entire team at Zzone Homes.

We are so happy with our new kitchen and bathroom from Zzone Homes. They were lovely to work with and genuinely cared about all of the little details that made the end product so special for our family. Thank you to Marco, Sonya, Tony, Mitch, Liam, Dan, Alex, John and the rest of the team!

We contacted Marco when we were considering downsizing and renovating my mother's house. Our first meeting with him confirmed that we had the right person for the job. Although we knew what we wanted, Marco proposed other options that totally made sense for functionality and for costs. His price was fair and the timeline for the work to be completed was better than we expected. My husband was not sold on the location of the house, so the decision was made to not renovate but to list it. Although we did not proceed with the renovation, we would definitely call on ZZone Homes for any future requirements. Thank you Marco!!
