It has now been 6 months of living in our custom home in Milton, ON. We felt it was the perfect time to write a review about Kingsgate Construction being as we have been through the planning, construction and now post-build with them. We can honestly say that every single part of the process has been nothing short of incredible with the Kingsgate team. Matt and John King are a father and son duo who live and breathe each of their projects. They made sure to oversee each area of the build and would step in at appropriate times to mitigate any areas that needed attention. That said, they assigned us Cameron who was our Project Manager, to whom was as trustworthy, idea-forward, and build savvy as one could hope for in a PM. Cameron also brought a great sense of humor which made the build process fun and stress-free. All of the Contractors they recommended were great, from Architects to Landscapers and everything in between. Each had a great deal of expertise in their respected areas and Kingsgate made sure to handle all of them within the appropriate build timeline. It was nice to have them doing all of the communication and discussions with the Contractors. If something was not up to the "Kingsgate quality" standards, they made sure to address it directly. Kingsgate was also very thorough and transparent when it came to billing. We felt we were in excellent hands for the whole duration of our project and now we are living in our dream home! We can't thank Matt, Cameron, John, Mike and Briar enough. We highly recommend!

Homeowner ratings and reviews
We would recommend Matt and his team to anyone considering a construction project and we will definitely be using them for any future needs that we have. Although our renovation almost amounted to a new build, some of the existing structure required some creative solutions that could only be provided by someone with the experience that the Kingsgate team brought to the project. Matt was able to offer solutions that didn’t just solve some of the challenges of our build but provided solutions that elevated the design. Kingsgate provided very open communication throughout the process regarding costs, timing and progress. We were part of the conversation at every stage. The pride Kingsgate put into their work is a rare find, ensuring we were happy with the project every step of the way, even after the construction was complete. We look forward to working with Matt and his team again.
