Sunny came highly recommended, and he lived up to it. Early on he told me I'd end up liking the basement more than the main floor. I didn't really believe him, but he was right. It's now my favourite part of the house. Since it was an existing basement built to older codes, there were a few surprises once the work started. Sunny dealt with each one calmly, explained what needed to happen, and kept things moving. No drama, just good work. I'll be calling him for my next project, and I've already been sending family and friends his way. Thanks again to Sunny and the TSB team for a fantastic job!

Homeowner ratings and reviews
Since you had this removed I thought I would re submit my honest opinion about this company. There is a reason why they have 5 stars. They have all bad reviews removed. This is NOT a 5 star company at all: EDIT TO ADD as you can see by the pictures your company vehicle was parked illegally for several hours with refusal to move from your workers after being asked repeatedly. I have added pictures with time stamps top of pic. It wasnβt until I threatened to call by law they finally moved. Also added a picture taken today Sunday June 13 of garbage left on curb after your bin was removed from the road. Garage removal is not until Thursday morning. What email would you like me to send the video of them backing in the basket ball net ? Cause I have video recordings of that too. Unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional and rude. They came early morning demanding we move our cars so their driver can drop a bin in driveway. Had more than enough room if they knew how to drive. Instead they dropped bin on road without a permit. Then proceeded to illegally park their vehicles. One blocking a fire hydrant across the road another half in a driveway blocking sidewalk and making it impossible for the person in the shared driveway to reverse out, without someone directing due to safety and not being able to see past illegally parked truck. Also making people walk on the road since sidewalk was blocked. When asked to move got in a minute you wait. Left debris and stuff all over lawn and walkway throughout the day. Iβve never come across such rude βprofessionalsβ I would avoid this company. Oh and letβs not forget when they finally left at 8 pm the one truck backing up backed into my neighbours basketball net. All caught on camera. Guess they explains why they couldnβt back in the truck with the bin. No clue how to drive. AVOID
Had a great experience with Sunny and the TSB Homes team for our basement renovation. Sunny was professional, easy to communicate with, and always responsive to our questions. The work was done nicely, and weβre really happy with how our basement turned out. Would definitely recommend TSB Homes!
