Do yourself a favour and work with a different flooring company. We hired Greg to supply and install flooring in 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. What was to take 2 days took 2 weeks. He contracted out half, and they scratched and dented the walls, did absolutely no cleanup and was days late for everything he had promised to do. Bought 20 boxes of flooring to be delivered, after 3 days of no deliveries and excuses we went to pick it up to find he only had 7 boxes in stock. Very hard to get a hold of him after payment is made. Lies lies and more lies.

Awful. Will not warranty poor workmanship. Says out of business, declaring bankruptcy. Kitchen cupboards and back splash errors beyond errors. Still dealing with a bad finish between the cupboard and walls. Had too have the floor regrouped. Which he did. Had to be on top of the interior crew at all times. Cut the wires the electrician installed for the pot light. Removed drywall, moved dishwasher electrical, then installed drywall with out putting the dishwasher electrical Cried over fixing the bathroom tile grout. Three different colors and no calking. Installed the over the range microwave wrong. The fan did not exit where it was supposed to. The exhaust for the over the range microwave leaked down the siding. The caulking was not done properly, and it did not have a secure backing. Don’t even get me started about the exterior light by the back patio doors. I have the pictures. Backslash tile installed so off that there was a half inch difference on either side of the window. The window is only 2 feet wide and thought it was finished. The exterior work has cost me thousands to fix and it’s still not done. will not warranty. Promised, he Greg,would be here For the whole exterior project, but was not. Hired guys who were not the most sober and one of his crew made use of my home while I was away Parging was not consistent in style or color. Created a stacking effect in my home based on what he did to the attic gable end vents Siding seams at eye level a mess Calking around windows and doors and the bottom Batton boards cracked Back wall siding at the bottom glued to the styrofoam not nailed to the wall. Window leaked Mouse guards around the bottom for the styrofoam put in upside down downspouts not secured, one fell down Front door bell which worked before does not work now. Let’s not talk about the horror called my pergola roof and the windstorm because they did not fasten down the fiber glass after removing it partially. Or how my secure immovable privacy screen moves with the wind after they cut it back Or after cutting back my privacy screen, they did not seal the hole in my deck and I live trapped three raccoons. Offered to install my back garage door, the main door, just the door, and it did not close. The frame needed to be adjusted and was not. Spent close to $100,000 with this company between the kitchen renovation, side door, side, steps, and the exterior. And zero warranty Because he cannot find guys to do the job. Wait, he offered two guys with little to no construction experience. Now let’s talk about tools. His team did not always come with their own tools. In fact, they thought my tools were great to use. I’m still trying to find a battery and a few other things. There are other companies out there who will do a much better job. And the workers that I’ve gotten to fix some of the stuff that he is not willing to fix all shake their head at the siding install.
