Homeowner ratings and reviews
My project began in 2024, and Eugene was always quick to act—living up to Action’s name—which is what ultimately won my trust and order. He connected me with an excellent project manager and thoughtfully adjusted my plan to meet my essential needs when our tree removal proposal was not approved. Kin is a talented designer with strong knowledge of plants, and I look forward to working with him more in the next phase. Unfortunately, both have since left Action, and the company has revoked the discount they had previously offered me. Construction started last month in a heritage neighborhood. Mykola did an outstanding job refining the original plan, resulting in a design that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Chen’s team worked very carefully—they removed some roots by hand to protect the gas pipe. They confirmed the placement of each slab before rebuilding the stone wall and thoroughly cleaned the site at the end of each day. Serhii and Alex installed the fence with great skill, especially in a tight bottleneck area, ensuring it did not encroach on my driving space. They also showed consideration toward my neighbor, helping to avoid potential disputes. The sprinkler installation team ensured the system was installed deep enough to accommodate vehicle traffic. Generally speaking, construction standards today may not always match those of decades past, but this team has made a clear effort to maintain consistent quality. I hope the remainder of the project continues to go smoothly.
Company did an amazing job removing a large tree in our backyard. They were friendly, quick and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommended their services.
We’ve been dreaming about having our own pool for so many years and finally this season we will enjoy our summer nights!! Esteban did a great job as a project manager, we’re so happy we want with his suggestion and built a finer glass pool - it was the best decision ever for our kids. 100% recommend Action Home and already contacted them for our next project which is outdoor kitchen. I know I can count on them!
Mousa did a great job repairing our paving. Very professional and meticulous with his work.
