We’re so grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Vahid and his team for our bathroom renovations. We had a tight timeline for completing renovations before moving in and Vahid was able to deliver our vision in a time manner. He is professional, respectful and flexible. Any minor bumps encountered were promptly addressed. Thanks you again for your support with the kitchen as well! Mike and Ashleigh
The quote that I received from OptiHome was competitive and was prepared with an intent to provide me with a clear understanding of the project scope and the estimated completion time. I commissioned OptiHome in mid-2022 to demolish my outdated finished basement and renovate it under a permit that I had already obtained from the City for my new legal basement. The scope of my renovation also included improvements which were outside the scope of OPtiHome (e.g. Installation of a backup generator, adding separate entrance door and egress windows in the basement, etc.). My observations during the project execution are as follows: 1- OptiHome staff were punctual, courteous, and professional with an obsession for quality and a no-cutting-corners attitude. 2- Vahid collaborated effectively with other contractors to a) ensure other contractors' needs were accommodated b) shuffle his work to provide space to other contractors, such that they would be able to finish their work with minimum interference. 3- The city inspection process was quite smooth and painless> OptiHome planned all inspections ahead of time and addressed inspectors' minor concerns/requests promptly. 4- What impressed me the most during my interactions with Vahid was his attitude to accommodate my request for new scopes or changing an existing scope, even if that meant rework for him. 5- The project was finished on the agreed-upon budget. OptiHome still managed to finished the job on schedule, despite the added scope.
Hired Vahid and his team for renovations. The highlight was his idea of adding another 3 piece out of 2 closet. Love the results. My other bathroom changed to a beautiful step in shower and bathroom.
We recently moved to a new house. Our new place required some modifications and Vahid and his team worked diligently to do the job on time and budget. Very impressed with entertaining center and family room detail. Very cool guys.
