If I could give a zero I would The house has old stock that was bought likely used. The sprinkler system was never hooked up. Permits were still open after we bought. A 9 year old house has no weeping tile and no waterproofing on the roof. No caulking on the windows- ridiculous. The work is frankly garbage and we are in court. Insurance will go after these frauds. Please make sure to have a very good inspection particularly of roofs and insulation

Highly recommend these builders! Have had a great experience and their staff is very, very helpful and friendly!
OMG, I just have to share my excitement! I entered this awesome contest, and guess what? I won! I'm seriously over the moon right now. Huge shoutout to the organizers for putting this together. The prize credit I got is going straight into funding my dream design project next year. Can't express how grateful and thrilled I am! Thanks a million, you guys rock!
I am absolutely thrilled with Midnight's design service I received! The team not only captured my vision perfectly but also added creative touches that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in every aspect of the design was impressive, from the layout to the choice of upgrades and color schemes. The end result transformed our house into a stylish and functional haven that perfectly aligns with my lifestyle. Working with the MB team was a seamless and enjoyable experience, and I truly thank them! Their expertise and dedication truly shine through in their work.
Our family loved the process of building the house. The design work and construction was so exciting! Their assistance with financing was also the difference between us building and not building. Huge thanks on that program!
