We had an amazing experience transforming our outdated, long-neglected house into a beautiful home with Novacon. Before choosing them, we met with several renovation companies that just wanted to rush us through the early stages. Novacon was a breath of fresh air. Melika was incredible from the start. She sat with us and created a design board that truly captured our family’s warmth and aesthetic. We felt heard, never rushed. She suggested beautiful, personalized flares and design details that gave the project a high-grade, premium feel while keeping efforts reasonable. The overall project took six months and involved a complete renovation of our main floor and part of our basement. Like any standard renovation, we encountered a few incidental surprises—including needing to reinforce some structural elements of the home—which added some unexpected costs, through absolutely no fault of Novacon. Throughout all of this, Melika was a rock. She supported us, managed unforeseen challenges, and handled negotiations with trades and neighbors seamlessly. Yvon’s attention to detail is remarkable and incredibly hard to find these days. He genuinely cares about the quality of the work and consistently went the extra mile to make everything perfect. We are over the moon with the final result. A few of our absolute favorite features (pictured) are the custom coffee nook, the photo wall that Melika brilliantly suggested after seeing our original layout, and our new mudroom—which has quite literally saved our family's sanity! We recommend Novacon without hesitation.

This is the third time we've had Novacon perform work on our house. Each time has been a great experience. We appreciate working with Pavel and his team to create a specific plan for the work and the payment schedule. There are no surprises and we can plan in advance. The quality of work is excellent with our home and property always left clean and in good shape when the work is done. We would absolutely recommend Novacon for any home renovations.
Novacon completed the design and construction of our new home 6 months ago. The process was relatively smooth and on time. I'm not an expert but from what I can tell they were diligent and did a good job. After 6 months, we haven't noticed any issues. They've been helpful with scheduling touch ups as needed post construction. Overall, they were trustworthy, did a good job and were easy to work with. I would recommend them to others.
I had a great experience working with Novacon on my home addition project. From the initial planning stages to the final finishes, everything was handled with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. They were very organized, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and were always available to answer my questions. What really stood out was how smoothly they managed the project and coordinated everything, which made the whole experience much less stressful. The quality of work is excellent, and the addition blends seamlessly with the existing house. I’m extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and detail-oriented construction team.
