Homeowner ratings and reviews
While not large, our build was complicated. RBA took over from another builder mid-project and did a fantastic job getting it done, ultimately delivering exactly the cottage we saw in our initial vision.
RBA Projects North, working with Design By Bobbi, completed a major renovation on our “cottage” in 2024. It was a unique project adding an addition & making alterations to our 1850s farmhouse that had been disassembled & reassembled on our property in 2001. Many of the original features of the 1850s farmhouse had been retained (windows, doors, flooring, staircase, hardware, etc.). We wanted to extend the original character & features of the 1850s farmhouse in our renovation, as well as adding additional features for our retirement & our growing family. Working with RBA & DBB we were able to source posts, beams, doors, hardware , etc from the same time period. We also replicated trim to match the original. Attention to detail, ongoing communications, & dedication to their clients are the hallmark of both firms! Staff of both firms were responsive & always willing to go the extra mile. They are true professionals who bring a wealth of experience to every project. When issues arose they worked as a team to problem-solve. They prioritize quality craftsmanship and always look out for their clients' best interests. Teamwork makes the dream work & RBA & DBB, & all of the sub-trades, hit it out of the park!! We would highly recommend RBA & DBB for your renovation project.
