I have worked with Rui and his team on several projects in my home. They are always professional including being on time, polite, tidy, communicative throughout the project, and do a great job. I will always call them first for future projects.
We interviewed several contractors to do a major open- concept renovation on our older home. Rui and Tal were the only ones that did their homework. They needed to see the basement for the structural integrity of the house and the future placements of support beams and wall removal vulnerability. This was all done before Rui and Tal even considered writing our quote. We felt re-assured that we were working with serious professionals from that moment on. Their communication, knowledge and their vision to guide us in this unfamiliar territory was spot on. We would highly recommend Rui,Tal and their team for any project with piece of mind. They continue to upgrade our home and will always be our number one choice without hesitation. Wil & Lori
We worked with Lumara Home to design and build our custom home in North York, and honestly, it was a great experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, their team took the time to understand what we wanted and helped turn our ideas into an actual plan that made sense. The design phase felt very collaborative. They gave suggestions, explained options clearly, and never rushed us into decisions. During construction, communication was solid. The team was professional, organized, and easy to deal with. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they kept us updated on progress so there were no surprises. It was clear they cared about the details and the quality of work. What stood out the most was the people. Everyone we dealt with, from design to build, was respectful and genuinely wanted the house to come out right. The final result turned out even better than we expected, and we’re really happy with how everything came together. Thankyou team!!!
Lumara Homes is hands down the best custom home builder in Toronto. We hired them for a full luxury custom home build, and the quality, professionalism, and project management were exceptional. If you’re searching for a Toronto custom builder, luxury home contractor, or high end residential construction company, this is the team you want. Our project included architectural planning, structural work, framing, finishes, and full interior design execution. Lumara Homes delivered on time, communicated every update, and ensured top-tier craftsmanship throughout the entire build. The workmanship was far beyond what we’ve seen from other GTA custom home builders. For anyone looking to build a modern custom home, a high end luxury residence, or any new construction project in Toronto, Lumara Homes is the builder we recommend. Their expertise, quality, and service are unmatched.
