Matt, Ryan, Jason, and the whole New Gen team were amazing to work with from start to finish. We did a rear 2 story + basement addition to our 100-year old brick home with them, and from the start it was well scoped and quoted, site was always tidy and communication was excellent. They finished right on time for this 6-month project. Neighbours even complimented the crew on how considerate they were. Would highly recommend to anyone doing a reno or build!

We recently completed our backyard pool house/cabana project with New-Gen Design Build, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Matt was absolutely incredible to work with. What stood out right away was Matt’s professionalism and organization. He led the entire project seamlessly, keeping everything on schedule and ensuring each stage was handled with precision. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finishes exceeded our expectations—from the millwork and lighting to the flooring and fixtures, every detail was thoughtfully executed and beautifully done. Matt’s efficiency in coordinating trades and keeping the project moving smoothly made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Our cabana turned out to be more than just a backyard feature; it feels like an extension of our home and a space we’ll be proud to enjoy for years to come.
I had the privilege of selling their spec home at 70 Trout Lane, and I can’t recommend this team enough! Working with Matt was a flawless experience from start to finish. The quality of the build was outstanding, and their customer service truly set them apart. Every detail was handled professionally, making the entire process enjoyable. If you’re looking for a renovation, addition, or a brand-new build, look no further... Matt and his team are the top professionals in the business! I highly recommend New-Gen Design Build Inc.
New-Gen, led by Matt, is an exceptional general contractor to work with. As a subcontractor, I really value Matt’s organization and attention to detail across every phase of the project. His commitment to clear communication and thorough planning makes every job run smoothly. I look forward to continuing our partnership with New-Gen on future projects!
I had the pleasure of collaborating with Matt for his project in Tiny Ontario. His ability to adapt and organize under different circumstances is quite impressive. Collaborating in the design process through the municipal approvals all the way to construction completion was seamless and well executed. I can say with full confidence that i look forward to any future opportunities to collaborate with him and his team.
