Ivan and his team were fantastic to work with. We hired them for a fairly large renovation, and from the beginning we felt that the project was in good hands. Ivan was knowledgeable, practical, and very straightforward with us throughout the entire process. Communication was probably one of the things we appreciated most. We had quite a few questions along the way , sometimes even late at night (sorry, Ivan!) and he would still respond and take the time to explain everything. We really appreciated his patience with us. His team was hardworking, polite, and respectful of our home. They kept us updated on the progress, handled unexpected issues without making them stressful for us, and paid attention to the small details. The quality of the finished work was excellent, and Ivan made sure we were completely happy before considering the project finished. Renovations can be stressful, but having someone reliable and responsive made a huge difference. We are very happy with the final result and would absolutely work with Ivan and his team again. Highly recommended!

Homeowner ratings and reviews
I don't usually leave reviews, but Ivan and his team really deserve one. From the first meeting, they were easy to work with, always showed up when they said they would, and kept me updated throughout the project. The quality of the work was excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right, not just finishing it quickly. It's rare to find contractors who are reliable, honest, and take pride in their work. I'm really happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ivan and his team to anyone looking for a construction company. Thanks again for all your hard work!
