We recently completed a main floor renovation along with three washrooms on our second floor. We started the process looking only at contractors with very high ratings, it was important that we trusted them to bring our vision to life. We had several quotes and Domilya wasn’t the highest or the lowest but more importantly we felt like they were connected to our ideas. It was an easy choice, and we weren’t disappointed. They were informative and knowledgeable, and kept great communication throughout the process. Their team on site were fantastic, worked hard and always were friendly. Any bumps in the road they handled professionally and always kept us updated. I can say with ease, we would highly recommend Domilya to anyone considering a home renovation large or small, they will not disappoint. When you put your customers first, it shows.

Homeowner ratings and reviews
We cannot say enough about our positive experience working with Domilya on our home renovation. Our project involved adding an 8 × 10-foot addition to three levels of our home, creating a basement storage area, an open-concept family room with a new deck, and an upper-level ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and spacious balcony off our primary bedroom. From the very beginning, the process was well organized and collaborative. Domilya has an excellent team of designers and builders who carefully reviewed our space, listened to our goals, and offered thoughtful recommendations to help bring our vision to life. We were invited to their showroom to select finishes such as tile, hardware, and fixtures, which made the design process enjoyable and stress-free. Rather than spending countless hours visiting multiple suppliers, everything was conveniently available in one place. Their selections reflected the inspiration photos we shared and perfectly captured the style we were hoping to achieve. The construction team was hardworking, professional, and incredibly dedicated. They consistently worked full days—and often longer—to keep the project on schedule. They even worked over the weekend to ensure our roof was completed before severe weather arrived. Throughout the renovation, they kept us informed, presented upgrade options when appropriate, and made sure every decision aligned with our goals. Everyone on the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They took the time to answer our questions clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. One aspect that especially impressed us was their attention to cleanliness. They carefully sealed off work areas with plastic barriers, including zippered dust walls, which kept dust to a minimum and allowed us to continue living comfortably in our home during the renovation. Their respect for our space was truly appreciated. We have received countless compliments on the finished project, especially our new balcony. Several neighbours have even stopped to ask who completed the work and whether Domilya could build something similar for them. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Domilya to anyone considering a home renovation. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded our expectations. You would be fortunate to have them as your renovation team.
The Domilya team was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, thorough, hard working, on time, and helpful. They completed our renovations as per the drawings, in the time they said and passed all Town inspections. They were wonderful to work.
Before finding the Domilya Group, we had a difficult experience with another contractor that left us discouraged. Then Rachid and his team stepped in, and everything changed. They renovated our main floor and added a beautiful, small addition, transforming our home into something beyond what we imagined. Rachid was there every step of the way, ensuring everything was done right and to code. His attention to detail, consistent communication, and commitment to delivering on every promise made the process smooth and stress-free. Aili, our project manager, guided us through the journey with incredible patience and care — she held our hands through the tough moments and made sure we always felt comfortable and confident. We are so grateful to have found the Domilya Group and only wish we had discovered them at the very start of our project. From the very beginning, the team treated us like family — something we will never forget. Everyone who entered our home was respectful, kind, and hardworking. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the entire Domilya Group team – you made our dream home — Ryan and Monique
We worked with the Domilya Group for an extensive addition and renovation to our home, and we had a very positive experience. Rachid and his construction team were extremely diligent, knowledgeable, and took great pride in their work. They stayed on schedule and completed the project on time, which we truly appreciated. The quality of craftsmanship is evident throughout our home, and whenever minor issues arise, Rachid is always quick to respond and address them. We’re very pleased with the results and would highly recommend!
