What Joe did for us was absolutely fantastic; I wish we were able rate his service more than 5 stars! He was so responsive and willing to work with us on design ideas, changes, updates, etc to really create the space that we wanted. Him and his team took a dank, dark, wet, uninviting basement storage space and transformed it into a teenager’s dream: her own apartment with an en-suite and walk-in closet! Since our daughter “moved in”, she rarely leaves her new space. She shows it off to all her friends, their parents, anybody she interacts with HAS to hear about where she lives now haha. Joe finished his work ahead of schedule and under budget as well, which were both delightful surprises. His communication was constant and professional, he was always upbeat, in a great mood, friendly, and really went the extra mile for us. He came on weekends, stayed later in the evening, cleaned up after himself every day, and really made us feel comfortable and taken care of. COULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM MORE! We’re already thinking of new projects he can come back and help us with :) -Tim & Lindsay
