If you're looking for someone who will care about your home and project as much as you do, then Sean and his team at Kirkland Construction are right for you. He is meticulous, reflective, tidy, and open to answering any and all questions. He took our concerns seriously and helped us think of work-arounds for problem areas in our attic and basement. His price estimates were accurate, too. Sean is truly a craftsman and we will definitely reach out to him for our next home reno project.

Sean was amazing in his communication and work for our shower regrouting. He lets us know the products that were needed to complete the job and gave us lots of options for stores to purchase from. He was on time for the job ays and cleaned up so well after each day of work. He was even an amazing companion to our dog on the days he was at our house :). Thanks for the great work, Sean. Our shower looks like new again and the mold is gone. Reg and Andrea
Super great company to work with! Very professional, excellent communication, efficient and high-quality work. We had a smaller job in an older home and Kirkendall Construction really came through. We look forward to working with them on our next project!
We had an excellent experience with Kirkendall Construction this past winter. Sean completed an interior renovation for us that included drywall, flooring, and painting. From start to finish, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly organized. One of the things we appreciated most was how clean he kept the work site — spotless every day! Sean worked efficiently without ever compromising on the quality of his work. The finished product was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It’s clear he takes great pride in what he does. We would absolutely recommend Sean to anyone needing work done in their home. Thanks again, Sean — we couldn’t be happier with the results!
Sean (and has team) are skilled, professional, and reliable: we would hire Sean again in an instant. He responds very quickly to inquiries, and has gone out of his way to advise us on renovations as well as small maintenance jobs. He is an excellent communicator and the work itself has been perfect. Don’t hesitate to contact him!
