We recently completed our basement renovation and had a great experience working with this East Home Reno. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well-managed. What really stood out was their responsiveness and communication. They were quick to reply, always kept us informed, and provided thoughtful, professional recommendations that helped us make the right decisions along the way. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and very clean. Each day, they made sure the space was tidy and never left a mess behind, which we really appreciated. They also regularly asked us to review the work and point out any concerns, and anything we flagged was addressed immediately without hesitation. The quality of the finishing is excellent, especially the bathroom — it truly exceeded our expectations. The design, fixtures, and lighting came together beautifully, giving it a modern and high-end feel. A special thank you to Summer, who followed up on every detail and made sure everything was clear throughout the project. Her coordination and attention to detail made a big difference. Overall, we are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this contractor to anyone looking for a reliable and professional renovation team.
We recently worked with East Home Renovation Inc. to renovate our home, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. They replaced all the carpet with engineered wood flooring, including the stairs, removed the popcorn ceiling, and fully renovated our master bathroom. The transformation is incredible — our 30-year-old home now has a clean, modern look and feels much more spacious and welcoming. The team was highly professional throughout the entire process. They responded promptly to all our questions, provided valuable and practical advice, and were always willing to accommodate our personal preferences and needs. Overall, we are very happy with their workmanship and would highly recommend East Home Renovation Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled renovation team.
