Homeowner ratings and reviews
Chen and his team did a great job with our renovations. We kept adding additional jobs because of the quality and efficiency of their work. We would highly recommend choosing Chen and his team for any renovations large or small
Fastest contractor I have ever dealt with and I have used many. Along with speed you get quality work and fantastic communication. Would not hesitate to recommend or use Chen again for my contracting needs. Thanks.
Chen and his team were very professional, on schedule, on budget, and delivered fantastic work. My wife and I would highly recommend their services for any home renovation project.
Renovations can be stressful, and I’ve heard nightmarish stories from friends and family (such as contractors taking far longer than promised or cutting corners here and there). That’s why I’m genuinely happy to say our experience was truly top-notch and I can't recommend Yok Mei Construction Corp enough. Our real estate agent recommended Chen and Yok Mei Construction Corp for their high-quality work and reasonable pricing, and she was absolutely right! We were renting at the time and needed to move into our new 3-bedroom house within 8 weeks. We initially planned to renovate the old basement, kitchen, and living room, and add an additional bathroom. Chen and his excellent team finished that first phase incredibly quickly, and the quality was so impressive that we decided to move forward with a full renovation. Chen is outstanding with communication; we used a WhatsApp group for quick communications, and he was consistently clear, responsive, and professional. He takes pride in his craftsmanship, respects his reputation, and doesn’t leave unfinished work behind. We also truly appreciated that after we moved in, he sent his team for a complimentary check-up visit to help fix a few issues we discovered in the house (not related to their work). That level of care and integrity is rare. The results speak for themselves: the transformation is remarkable, as if the same place turned into a completely new one. I’ve attached a few photos showing the condition of the house before and how much it has changed since then. We couldn’t be happier, and we would absolutely hire Yok Mei Construction Corp again in the future for landscaping and other projects. Thank you, Chen and Yok Mei Construction Corp, for helping make our dream home a reality.
