Attention all the contractors and subcontractors, tradesmen before dealing with this company make sure have enough of time and money to waste , They will call you to take estimates prices etc before hand ,once you give them the price. They will ask you to come to the site for final measurement’s,and deposit pickup but don’t make that fool you as they won’t give you the job or project ,they would make a false promise of sending the deposit and would not give you any deposit even after you spent the time on travel ,measurement ,quotation etc . They will ask you for the receipt or invoice and once you give them they will take it to other competitors to get it beaten. This happened with us recently These people approached us for some countertops services ,we gave them the quotation as per the specs and details went over phone conversations for like couple of calls and pretended being desperate to get work done , We asked them if they were ready to pay the deposite as we don’t drive outside of gta for free estimates as if their is a commitment of deposite for the job as per the quote we are willing to travel to the job site as it being 1 :45 hours away from the city ,their employee assured after being asked 5 times if they are ready to order and pay deposit and was confirmed from their end . But once we did our part of the job .by going to the site and doing all the measurements ,writting the contract,after signing and they assured to give cheque next morning .we drove back after spending or wasting like 4 hours of driving and 2 hours of work at the site. We were just given a foolish reason just to say no for the job .. I would recommend everyone to pls be careful from these people who have 0 respect for someones time and no business ethics Unprofessional, unethical behaviour
